2nd Tranche of Private Placement Commences
| ||The Company is pleased to announce, further to its news release of December 14, 2010, it is continuing with its second tranche of the up to $1,000,000 private placement. This tranche will, subject to regulatory approval, raise gross proceeds of up to $500,000 through the placement of up to 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase a further common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for a term of 12 months from closing. The shares issued pursuant to this placement, as well as any shares attained through warrant conversion, will have a 120 day hold period. Finder fees of up to 8% in cash or units may be paid to qualified persons in accordance with Exchange policies.|
